it was horrible experience as resort have no staff for cleaning and service also very dirty all place n room bathroom are bogus don’t suggest to any one for stay

Our experience at the resort was just okay. The rooms had an unpleasant odor and were not properly maintained. Several amenities were missing, and we had to repeatedly remind the staff to provide them. There was no hot water supply, and despite multiple requests, they did not respond. Additionally, the game room was in poor condition—rusty and not well-managed, with none of the games being playable. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

We liked the atmosphere of the resort, but the services were terrible. The air conditioning isn't working properly, and we told the staff three times to fix it, but no solution was given. In spite of the fact that we stayed two days, the staff were so unprofessional. Our attention was drawn to a group of about 4 to 5 older men who were clearly enjoying themselves with one girl in a balcony. Hotel needs to improve especially in services , F&B etc. It has a gr8 location advantage and looks very nice from outside and even from inside looks good.

staff is very alert & helpful. Location and infrastructure is mind boggling. food was delicious. however, I found few problems, one there is no proper hot water coming in bathroom, two in winter , it very cold inside room & no heater inside, three shower flow is not good.
