    The hotel has totally degraded. Not worth the money they took for a room. Basic amenities like hand towels, bathrobe near pool or room, doormats or bathroom slipper was also not there. We requested hand towels 4-5 times, but still there was a very delayed response. One of the staff at the breakfast Buffet was also very rude.     I booked a private pool access room at extra price as compared to normal room. But on reaching we found that pool was under maintenance. Then why the extra price? Toilet flush was broken. Floors were not clean. It was a horrible experience. We finally decided to leave the place at night.

    the room and washroom and the attached pool is good but the food is horrible. according to the price the food is not upto the mark.. the service is very slow. it's not for one day tour..

    The place is calm and beautiful, good room, good food, bathroom is ok,can be improved, nice place to stay. Beautiful Mandir is also there, full package of activities for holidays. Can be also a good place for weddings and events. I loved it.

    Pros- the resort has peaceful surroundings, rooms are really good and comfortable. their restaurant is really good with great food and ambience. cons- The room rent and food prices are really high considering the facilities available at resort. Nothing special there in comparison with other resorts of kolkata.
