the stay was awfully as i had to change toom three times as ac was not working and the. waters was clogging in the drain and then there were cockroaches i have not clicked any photos of the hotel stay unfortunately

Location is convenient. Stay was good. Clean rooms.Good food.Service was prompt. Liked the feature of complimentary early check in of 3 hours and late check out of 3 hours. That is prompting me to give 5 star rating. I am not a business traveller.

The hotel services are very good be it breakfast be it dinner and the overall stay experience all were very good.. Highly recommend it. Worth the price Prompt room service, room comfortabilty,good taste of food

very neat and clean hotel. daily house keeping is good. all staffs are very polite and decent. lobby's decoration is very good. buffey breakfast and dinner was very tasty. room and bathroom size was very good. overall experience was excellent. i definitely recommend this hotel for their stay in chennai.

everything was amazing, the stay, the ambience, the food. only if the pool and gym were open till 11 pm rather than closing at 8 pm, it would have been exceptional. for someone like me, who is visiting chennai for office purposes and not able to reach the hotel by 8 then we can't use the complete facilities.

mosquitoes in the room during night hrs. Water bottle Bisleri 1ltr charged Rs.110+ Tax aganst MRP Rs.20/- which is against law and also looting customers

since 2011 i use to stay in this hotel.after a long break few days before i was back @hotel. sorry to say the stay was not at all happy, night plenty of mosquitoes in the room, the interesting part is there was 2 half ltr waterbottle (for 2 pax)/ day. I purchased 1ltr water 2 botles which cost me Rs 220+tax for MRP just Rs 20./bottle. This is just against our law. they charged me Rs.270/-for a cup of tea, thats fine its their own product without MRP,so they can fix their price.whereas the water ...more
