everything was perfect from food to stay the only reason I am rating it 4 is because of the receptionist Shruti I found her rude and felt that she doesn't know how to approach guests. me and my hubby were waiting in the lobby for a rickshaw she came near us and was like have you cleared your bills there is hi/ hello? is it the way to approach a guest there should be basic etiquette to ask ? it was just the 1st day of stay we had booked for 3N and had paid for stay upfront through gobibo and ...more

Will never go again.. n will not recommend to anyone else ..nite manager of this hotel Micheal is the biggest theft .. will take payment in cash and then refuse about it..

Awesome experience in THE AURUM. Enjoyed a comfortable stay. I booked this hotel without any expectations. I felt amazing for this property in the temple town of subrahmanyeshwara. Highly recommended. Each and every staff are polite, humble and very helpful. Restaurant food is also very tasty. The river behind the hotel gives you a beautiful view of nature with crocodiles and peacocks. I want to visit again in the near future and would like to suggest for all the travellers

The hotel is located on the banks of Kumaradhara with breathing views of the river and hills. The hotel seems to be newly built and has good interiors for any newly built hotel. This is where I truly related to the ad liner "dikhao pe na jao". I understand that I have few free upgrades left in my account and when I asked, it was straight away denied and asked to pay for it. Over priced for the offerings.
It's a new property and we expected a better experience.
The duvet covers were stained from the inside. (it looked like they just reversed it to save on laundry)
The air conditioner wasn't working/took ages to cool the room down.
Towels were not kept.
(the staff could have switched the AC on and kept some towels for use while the check-in process was going on at the reception)
The breakfast spread was average.
One good thing was the service. You are welcomed and the staff try their best to make you feel at home.
