They don't allow guest to meet in the room. We have to meet to in the lobby and go.

mystay at the basil leaf hotel was marred by the receptionist's illogical & rude behaviour. he refused to accept my voter id card but asked for my lD or aadhar card. i didn't have them. i carry only the voter id, as it is also accepted by all agencies across the country. i couldn't get the refund, to move to some other decent hotel, i had to get someone at home to whatsapp a photo of my aadhar cand. i'm 67 years old & didn't want to go around an unknown place searching for a safe place to stay. ...more
