we stayed their two nights and took AC room. However, AC was not working most of the time.

Room is nice. However i had below concerns,
Ac was not working properly and no parking place at the hotel.Also, paid extra for parking.

The Best Place to experience a Gokarna Natural place instead of staying in crowded hotels, good stay with family and friends and walkable distance to beach.

This is indeed a nice property to stay in. We had booked a Delux AC room with Balcony, the rooms are very spacious, there would be a balcony behind the room as well! Surrounded by trees and aesthetic beauty, you would definitely enjoy the time staying here. Interestingly, just 100m behind the stay it connects to the Gokarna main beach, but we didn't know this until it was quite late. You'll have to find your way to the beach or feel free to ask someone! Pleasant environment.. the property is very near to the beach, just a 2 minute walk.. Prashant was the staff who attended us and he was very helpful all the times. Lagoon cafe has the best food in the surrounding and is just opposite the stay. Recommend trying food there once. Everything is freshly made and served.

Tea coffee should be there as per the charges we paid...
Room, washroom, balcony ...overall property was really good. Property care taker is really nice person and very very helpful.
Spacious bedroom with balcony and washroom...alongwith greenery and view.
