It was a very pleasant experience...Loved everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay....The rooms was well-equipped, tastefully decorated and The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful...and the pool was also totally clean, huge and was having perfect temperature

the stay was really good. all staff was very humble and co-operative. especially suman and palak at the reception, they helped really well. and kaviita at hotel spa was really good.
initially the hotel did not have the room heater. because, it was too cold in udaipur, we being from mumbai, it was almost unbearable to stay in cold even within blankets, the hotel people specially ordered room heater for us at night and provided us with the room heater.
the food quality and taste at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. and all the restaurant staff were also polite.
