Extremely disappointing stay at The Belmonte House, Udaipur – Not worth the money!
I am Kunal Shingala, and I had booked a stay at The Belmonte House through Goibibo from 21st June to 22nd June. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The service was very poor, and the staff was unprofessional.

Rooms are worth the cost, service aspect is zero, Swimming pool is of no use, Restaurant is closed, roof top cafe is operation which doesn't have much options in breakfast as well as liquor. They don't provide toiletries unless you ask for it. Water Bottles are not provided on time. They have lesser staff than its required.

Disappointed: It was an unpleasant experience. Scarcity of staff and unprofessional behaviour made it a running hell. If you are coming with your own vehicle then it will again be a problem as they do not have a proper parking area at their property The hotel is pretty old and the rooms are not at all maintained properly. If you are a regular visitor of properties like Lords , VITS or Fern then I would not recommend this property at all as this is not up to the mark.

hotel location was good , room was amazing as expected but the pool was not clean also they did not offered omlett in breakfast which is basic and at the same time another guest was served with omlett
