Best hotel to visit apollo hospital. only 10 minutrs. Auto available just outside the hotel. Staffs very cooperative and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast good, but same menu daily with slight changes however the food is very tasty. The only problem is with wi fi which is almost not available. Rest r excellent.

Superb staff , well behaved people , awesome service i can say each ajd every staff was superb... Specific Reception , Bell Boy , House Keeping Restaurent and to be specific Rafique Bhai always ready for help...
my preference if I am in chennai them belstaed only as I stayed almost 9 days....
thanks once again have only one request if we stays and booked thorugh any app on a better rate then extension should be continued on the the same rates or best possible will help to customer to stay more...

A unique 3* hotel.Rooms clean, hygiene with daily room service. All staffs r very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Complimentary breakfast is tasty, but same menu daily with slight changes. Restaurant food very tasty but price r on the higher side. A perfect place for visiting apollo hospital just 10 min with auto which remains parked just outside the hotel. The only problem is with wi fi which is a major issue. Others all r excellent.

well cleaned and maintained rooms. very supportive staff. the location is perfect for exploring the city and also considering access to visa processing centers. the complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional.

excellent customer support at front desk and room service. luggage storage facility was prompt and very useul. nice staff all around.
but room was average as it looked like an old hotel renovated. bed was comfortable but blanket and bed linen were dirty and had foul, dusturbing smell. no hair dryer at room.
the top notch customer service makes us feel better despite average room.

At Reception Teja was really too good with his hospitality. I will stay hotel is clean. Outstanding service. No language barrier( understand both English and Hindi). Restaurant was clean and food was really good in taste.
