the hotel is good the thing is floors are at the basement where everything is closed and there is no windows and all there so you are in a closed room all total calm and serene good hotels breakfast wasn’t that worth else everything is good

1. Location- Close to the main square of Mcleaodganj and at walking distance of Dalai Lama Monastery. Best location to explore the Market. 2. Rooms - Best part of Hotel. Rooms are as good as any 5Star Hotel. Very Well maintained with good view. The Rooms with NO View may not be as good. 3. Food - We had breakfast only. Food was good. Pros Neat and clean hotel . Provided welcome drinks , helpers are very kind and assist with luggage without asking . Place is close to Dharamshala ropeway, close to namgyal monastery , kalachakra temple. All staff especially the ones in dining area are very helpful and kind . Heating facility was very good .Cons: just before entering the uphill road to reach the hotel, a random man asks for money (40/-) Sometimes he asks, sometimes he does not . Not sure what that is . We are frequent travelers to mcledganj and we have never experienced such kind of welcome and luxurious stay. The manager Mr dogra is extremely professional and made our stay very comfortable. Each and every staff is well behaved. Food is also very tasty. Sangeeta in the restaurant is very well behaved server. The stay was very cozy and the location of the hotel is perfect with ample parking.They made a special cake for us on our anniversary which is more than a welcoming gesture by the staff.

Pros: Good hotel and the room was very nice. It was exactly as shown in the images. Service is good and they didnt even charge for the food that we ordered for our 3 year old daughter. Breakfast had different options but almost same everyday.The hotel is situated very near to the main square market of mcleodganj hardly 2 minutes walk. everything at hotel was perfect, new property with location close to main market. Food was really great. giving 3 star since I booked delux room, it has no view or window for outside view. Feels like you are packed in a room with no ventilation. would recommend booking superior room those were very good with proper balcony view.
