Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!
This was by far the worst hotel service I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. I had booked a bigger room in advance, but when I reached the hotel, they gave me a much smaller one and claimed “this is the one you booked” without any attempt to resolve the issue.
The service was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. They don’t allow any guest visits unless you pay extra money, which is completely unreasonable. ...more

Good ambience and neat room. Got a sound sleep after the hectic day of work.
The hotel is easily accessible and budget friendly. Clean rooms and good ambience.

The hotel room 204 seems to be in dilapidated condition. It was smelling of long unused. Air Conditioner was continuously generating severe humming sound. Hot Water availability could be available after wastage of lots of water with the help of hotel personnel. Breakfast (Complementary) has very limited options.
Sufficient scope for improvement.

Had a very unpleasant experience with BlackStone. We returned to our room after spending our day by 10.30 and the night manager or whoever was there in the reception requested our room details. I showed him the room key card he input that in system to check details. I was ok until that point but the next question posed by him makes them so unprofessional. He asked he if I have submitted my proofs? Why can’t he see that in his system? Is that common in hotels every time you stop your guest ...more

For the price the room was good. The location is in the most vibrant place of Koramangala. The breakfast was decent. Only disappointment was the non availability of hot water in the night.

It was a simple and comfortable stay. Service is prompt and they are extremely humble and helpful. Totally recommend it for short work trips.

Location is good. Both the room and the toilet were clean and spacious. But there was leakage in the washbasin's pipe and water was flowing over the floor.
