The photos are completely different from the actual room atmosphere. I faced a drinking smell and a smoking smell. Washrooms were not clean and they were congested too. They don't even keep any basic things like Drinking water, bathing kit etc. Coming to Hotel staff their response was the worst. If we called the person they were just ignoring our calls they were sleeping. And says all rooms were occupied we cannot accommodate like that. And the staff were angry. 1. I just visited (THE CENTRAL SUITES INN KAKINADA) in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Recently booked a stay with my family in this hotel, the images which are shown in the app and actual hotel are way different.. the rooms are worst and not suitable for family .. not even stayed in the hotel, I left and booked another hotel for the stay

i booked . it's executive non ac , but it's not as expected, got room on the 4th floor but there's no lift, no tv, no chair but only a bed and a table, room is hot and not at all satisfied.
