my stay was upgraded to premier king rooms, the rooms were clean, beautiful decors keeping in mind the comfort of customers..every service be it housekeeping or in room dining or any other assistance from reception...the staff are beyond committed, very homely and comfortable vibes from all of them.i asked for a sewing kit at night and they were ready to arrange for that!all thefood items i ordered were tasty and served in a very hygienic manner.every service i got within five minutes of my req ...more

Pathetic. First they got the wrong booking details. Then, after a good hour of figuring out the vacant rooms in their own hotel, they sent me to a room reeking of cigarette smell. they are still on the job to find me a room. Fully confused front desk
