The property needs facelift. the property is located in central business district. the room is spacious and has bathtub. the food was good with good spread for breakfast. the shower was not working in the room

Worst experience .stayed back for 20mins extra and they charged us extra money even after taking permission from them.... spoke to the manager for late check out because we checked in late and they agreed and just because we were late 20 mins they charged us very bad experience at chancery pavilion

THE HOTEL RATINGS WAS SHOWN AS 5Star.Its not 5 star hotel it's a three star hotel.Rooms are not clean.Room service is very bad.If we call and ask for something no response at all.I was staying in Club Room.Whole room wash room water was coming leaking and the whole floor was wet and leaking with dirty water.When i gave complaint the responce was so dirty from GM and from a lady.This is not the way to treat a Guest.I just paid the money and came off.My whole stay was terrible and disgusting.Food was good.
