While the food was enjoyable, the experience was by the receptionistās unhelpful and dismissive attitude. The room had sheer curtains instead of the blackout curtains promised on the website. When I requested a room change or curtain replacement, her response was so unpleasant that I decided to check out.

Love to stay in this hotel, food is tasty, and parking is good, rom is clean and with all amenities.

the hotel stuff is so insensitive and rude and literally wanted to harass. Worst stay in Dibrugarh, heard a lot of good about the place but didn't expected these kinds of treatment. I would suggest any hotels other than this

i am very disappointed,... no room serviced, no mirror no kettle hai no settings area and no study room, blanket m itne gandi smell, ab kya he batau.. uper se payment bhe le lete hain taaki cancel na ho.. booking karte waqt room ke photos show kar raha tha.. payment hone k baad dormitory show dikhane laga.... sach bolu to 100 rs bhi jayada hai bad k..š

Overall 5 ā for their cleanliness and for the staff.But as a dormitory they need to provide locker Room as per as they Charging for one bed means it's totally high,in this type of price range normally we get a single room in Non ac.If the management charges means facilities also need to provide on that range.
