it was horrible experience the whole hotel was stinking there was no staff the rooms were very bad there was no hot water food was awful we paid you for 2 nights but we checked out after staying for one night citadel hotel is not fit for human beings because it's stinking everywhere and no road to reach very dangerous road you should not recommend it to anyone we gave you money for superior rooms they gave us the worst rooms this is the worst experience of my life food was horrible only 2 persons are managing it

Location is beautiful, service was good, staff members were polite. It is little away from main road ( around 4 km)

Nice hotel, great hospitality and is located in picturesque sorrounding with Beautiful Dhaula Dhar mountains. Though the resort is remotely located, access is available with transport (cab) facility arranged by resort management. There are no restaurants in the vicinity and food option is limited here but tasty!

Rooms need little maintenance, staff is very courteous, food is good, buffet breakfast , lunch and dinner need improvement. This property is only for peace full lover ....guest who want to stay in market, or social place please avoid.
