Rates of the Hotel or Apartment rooms always say everything to us before booking. Services aIways differ as per hotel you choose. I stayed in Colours Inn for 4 days with my wife and 2 kids, I booked it from Ibibo site, because before 5 years back I stayed at same Apartment with satisfaction.My reason for stay was my 6 year old child having eye surgery at Shankara Netralaya and we came from Gujarat.Owner of the hotel is very genuine person. I had booked a stay for my parents for 2 days in pink bay. On reaching the location, we were informed that room that we have booked is not available for which I had already paid in advance. They were told to shift to another property of theirs namely Alpha Land. Upon further enquiry they informed us that there are no such rooms as pink bay and other bays. I had a booking with them and called up on the way to know the last checkin time.To my surprise they did not even know such a booking existed. They arranged another stay at 'the rainbow luxury room", which was pathetic. There were moulds in the room, bathrooms were smelly and no toiletries. Will never book with this hotel again They missed the booking. The alternate stay they arranged was pathetic and not worth of what i have paid for the original one

Nice to stay at the colours inn.The property is located near to Apollo and Sankar Netryalaya Hospital. Common kitchen is available, if you miss North Indian food. Caretaker Mr Pradeep is very cooperative.

Nice property. Quiet and peaceful. It does not boast instant services like a commercial hotel but it feels like home. The owner Mr. Senthil was thorough and professional, always eager for feedbacks for betterment of services. The caretaker Mr. Lal Das was humble and prompt.
