No proper TV with wifi connection.
No toiletries provided.
Not an extra towel for guest that booked for 2 people. Basic sense of hotel management.

I would say a fine stay in the amount we are getting the room in the Brookefield area. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom was also spacious but it didn't used to dry up easily even when the exhaust fan was kept on. Most important thing which I was worried was the network which thankfully wasn't the issue. The network was proper in the rooms although not in the lobby. But I would say the stay is fine for the price. Clean and spacious and no smoke smell also the rooms were not having any issues with the outside noise.

stay here for 8 days. twice. Best hotel u can stay at.
Staff was so professional and helpful in every way.
Hassle free check in and check out.
Full marks on cleaniness. food can be improved. Otherwise everything was just perfect. Definitely gonna go there again.

the hotel overall was in a nice pleasant area. the room was clean and spacious. staff response was perfect and prompt. would definitely recommend staying here and will come to stay here again.
