I stayed in the suite at the hotel.My experience with the them was really good. The staff was very friendly. They didn't create no fuss about anything I asked,even helped me book a cab at odd time during checkout. The house keeping was fast yet thorough. The room service could be better.
Nothing that I can complain about my experience. Would definitely stay again if I visited Sagar.

They should increase the hi-gene quality toilet sheet pic i shared. Even i found cockroaches on bed and bedsheet and blanket was also not appropriate. We are paying a handsome amount not for this

hotel service is very poor also in the room don't have tea coffee .mag or port for hot water and don't available Baath cotton don't have dental ki hair comb also room not have clean .

The hotel is very nice. Service is also very good. But since it is away from the railway station, it would have been better if the pick and drop facility was available to the customers. You can stay with the family.

even in the delux room, amenities weren't provided, like tea kettle, soaps brush. it should be provided.
