quite impressed with the overall experience. the food was excellent and reasonably priced, with a great selection to cater to various tastes. the hotel has a kind of valet parking system means you have to hand over your car keys to the hotel authorities when you check in.
the rooms were neat and clean, providing a comfortable stay. however, i did feel that the bathroom could have been more spacious. additionally, the lighting in the room could have been better and brighter with atleast a dimlig ...more

Rooms are fantastic , so are the staff. rooftop restaurant serves good food . the overall ambience is so soothing . rates are reasonable at the same time .clean washroom , smell all around the hotel is very comforting . been here two times ,every time I liked it a bit more ✌️

a wonderful experience staying in this hotel.. the hotel is situated in a fully residential area but walking distance from the main road.... the ambience, and feel of the hotel is simply awesome.... rooms, bed sheets, pillow covers, linens, towels everything was neat and clean , not a single spot was there....top floor restaurant was splendid and the food was also delicious... the cost is very reasonable.... complimentary breakfast is not served in buffet but served as per ordered in a limited ...more

Neither the room service nor the reception members informed us about the chargeable snack bar menu which was kept in the room..There was no menu present regarding the charges of the food products which was a negligence of the hotel authority.At the time of check out I had to pay the entire amount of the snack bar menu.On questioning the hotel authority didn't even accept their mistake and forced us to pay the entire amount which is a kind of misbehaviour and exploitation of the customers.Also th ...more

room was spacious neat and clean ,all the basic amenities were there , food was also good ,linen were clean ,location was a bit inside but 5 mins walking distance from the main road
