I'd expect disgusting sheets in a random room, the electricals were also very poor, the card had to be swiped 4-5 times to open the door, the lights kept flickering and had to be turned off, overall very poor.

start with I booked king bed room and they gave me twin bed room I have to get it changed, acts temperature don't change and it was dam shivering at night, food not great at all, the worst part is housekeeping stole from my room and when I complain they are sorry
food is worst, I have to ask them toiletries for 4 star hotel and iron not their in room, no napkin in room and worst part is no green tea

overall the stay was very good. room was clean and good. hotel staffs were very courteous and supportive. i requested for an half an hour extension for the checkout and it was accepted immediately without any question. food quality was also good.

the parking is deep down in basement and very congested. there is no lift facility and we have to climb all the way up like mountaineering. room is fine.

Used to be good. Manager is not willing to accept the fact that property has turned old and needs repair and upgradation. Front desk service is absolutely zero while housekeeping and other staff is very cooperative!
Overall, if you are with a family, dont come here. There are a lot of good properties around
