dirty hotel with blood stains on the bedsheet, walls with fungus, stale food. this resort is only used by wedding parties. don't stay here ever.

The stay was horrible! The room which was allocated to us was given to another guest one hour before our luggage was moved in. The privacy and security of our family was compromised. Substandard service and below average staff with no hygiene and safety training. Everything was bad- including the food. There were wild cats that licked the washed plated and pounced on food table while we were having food.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped into.
As soon as I entered it smelled like the hotel has been non-functional for centuries. The lift was not working.
All linen was dirty with stains. Even the floor, corridor was dirty.
The entire hotel was empty... we were probably the only guests.

Pros -
1. Nice ambience
2. Food quality is good
3. Indoor games and pools
Cons -
1. Expensive food. Room charges are low comparatively but restaurant charges are too high
2. Go for cottage room. Deluxe room is too far and not maintained. Though resort was not full the room given to us has damaged AC. No fan in rooms in hot summer
3. Mineral bottle is charged 40 plus taxes which has MRP as 20. Not at all acceptable.
