OK for the price.Cleanliss was good .Could have provided napkins not merely as routine but a genuine requirement of customer. Every Hotels provide it.Tea/ cofee pouches should have been 2 per guest.Food was OK.

The Hotel was average at the price I paid, they lack that personal touch which is very important in Hospitality industry, till day one I was not aware that my breakfast is complimentary, it is only on day 2 when I called I came to know about complimentary breakfast. I wish they could be more professional & hospitable

Nice and comfortable stay. Very courteous staff. The hotel is located in the center of the city. The food is also good. The room service is quick. It is a clean room with simple but clean amenities .

Check in experience is very bad. Asked for IDs very rude .
Security has behaved rudely for car parking .
Cleaning is very bad .
