We had a grate stay with The Fern Resort. We were welcomed warmly and check-in was comfortable. Staff is very polite and supportive. Food was great and a special thanks for arranging the decorations and cake for my son's birthday which made our stay memorable. Certainly will consider again to stay with them and recommend my friends. The indoor activities and food was nice.

Not a friendly resort, zero hospitality, Food variety is more but taste is below average. Check and smell the bed linen after getting into room because they don't change or clean it properly. Its a so called 5 star resort but its below 3 star standard range..

Rooms were excellent, we had a lots of fun with friends also room service good but resturant staff is not enough for good service, food quality is good but taste is third i suggest that do not add meal plan on booking, otherwise lovely resort
