I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and welcoming throughout, especially during dinner service, they were attentive and made the experience enjoyable. The rooms were also a nice surprise, clean, comfortable, and better than expected. Overall, a good stay with great service. Would recommend!

stay was enjoyable...only 1 issue that my nephew had hair in his food....issue was resolved by manager....swimming pool was nice...overall nice stay

I booked this bad property and I did a big mistake I am with a kid and from the time of check in the room which was allowed to me had a smell then I told to change the room they put a lot of freshner in room but as the time passed the septic smell started coming from my room now it's terrible we unable to sleep also in the room I called on reception they just send a boy with freshnereven the windows are sealed how can a freshner purify the septic smell. I am going to take strict legal action against fern as well as against goibibo Refund my money immediatelyMegha Barche

The room they allotted this time was the average type room. Bath fittings were old. Hot water availability was scary.
Food was good.
