i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. upon check-in, the room we were assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor and was clearly not cleaned properly. the condition of the room was old and poorly maintained. we requested a room change due to the smell, but unfortunately, the next room wasn’t much better. we had to check multiple rooms just to find one that was barely acceptable — which is completely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer quality service. for the rate charged, th ...more

Nice location and good ambience at hotel. Good for family. Food was nice and delicious. We got some dirty smell in room but hotel provided another room for us.

The location is good. Just 1.5 km from temple. You can walk easily to it keeping your car in the hotel premises. The thing which I liked the most was that the hotel provides with Bell service, which you can hardly see at any 3 star hotel. The only thing I didn't liked was the old furniture and bathroom stains ( due to hard water). Rest the services and staff were also good.

our experience is horrible. the people at the reception are extremely uncooperative, arrogant. the strength of wi-fi network is poor, ask for water, ask for anything at the reception their response time is extremely poor. i wasted my money.

It was good experience. Rooms are clean and Neat. Lenin are fresh and clean. Room Service was Good and in time. Breakfast was not upto Mark. Can do better. I was with my family and need to adjust with cakes and juices as breakfast was Cold. Just close to Road and Easily can be reached from main road. Staff is Supportive. Overall was. Nice Stay.
