Absolutely Disgraceful Service – Not Worth the Hype
This property is a complete letdown and absolutely fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. The reception experience was pathetic—there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Guests are left to drag their own bags all the way from the parking area to the reception, and then again to their rooms. For a place that markets itself as a premium stay, this is nothing short of unacceptable.
