Rooms are spacious but curtains are transparent because of which person can't sleep well. There are too many mosquitos n towels are too old. But food is excellent.

Its an ok property! Not exactly the anticipated Fern hospitality, but its the only decent hotel in the area.

very good hotel. we reached at 12 midnight but check in was hasslefree. stayed till 10.00 am next day but everything was perfect including service and courtesy. breakfast was, however, limited. best hotel in vijayapura

the hotel experience was good. the ambience was nice. the room that we booked was spacious. the food quality was awesome. there was free parking inside hotel premises.

i am a regular guest to this hotel. the room is maintained very clean and linen given was fresh. however slowely i am finding a lack in their maintenance approach in service such as1: the shower is not working properly and the water sprays across the bath. 2: no hand towels were kept. 3: no bucket and mug was provided. 4: perhaps for the reason that the booking was done through internet and the charges were discounted, the toiletries were cut short. 5: for the same reason , the coffee and tea sa ...more
