View of River from Balcony was awesome Room was also good but services were average. On 23.05.2024, after coming back from sight seeing, we stunned that Lift was out of order, It was said that it will be attended by Technician on next day, I & wife both are Sr.Citizens & we have to use stairs to reach our room at second floor. however in evening, after insisting & have some discussion it was started in few minutes. I rate it 2 star.1. Positive.(a). Location.(b). River View2. Negative(a). Cleanliness(b). Hotelier Staff (non courteous view no idea about attending guests)- i won't name the person but that person person entered to my room without knocking/ ringing door bell and when i asked him the reason, he replied hum aisa he aty hai. (c). Size of room(d). Linen qualityplease choose wisely your stay for this price as it is overpriced.

it's fairly newly started hotel... and i would have given it all the stars for its location... lovely river side location with a nice open terrace bar & restaurant... nicely made rooms & nice big bathrooms.... but but but ... the service is super super slow & dheela, you have to call several times to get single service requests fulfilled... further, the hotel is located right adjacent to the area's hydropower-dam alarm system & right at 5am in the morning you'll be woken up by the blaring alarm ...more
