    Very nice fort hotel & museum, the rooms give you a heritage feel with very soothing atmosphere. I found the restaurant and garden,pool area to be the best in this hotel, good service by staff.

    Fort was beautiful however, staff needs to be more cooperative. No complimentary drinks were offered. Geyser were not functional in luxury suite. I think the staff and management was not experienced enough to handle guest.

    Worst experience ever! We had two rooms booked and I called around 1 pm that we'll reach around 5 the lady said all good and not a problem. When we reached around 5 we were informed by the desk guy that they had only 1 room and they can adjust 1 room in some other hotel. I told him i called at 1 to confirm again to that the gentleman said. ohh that must be the call centre. they sit in gujrat or somewhere and don't know anything.
