My experience was absolutely amazing. The room was neat and clean. And well maintained. The only negative i would say is that the Snooker table was not functional and i expected to play snooker during the stay which was not possible..

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your Calicut property, which fell far below the basic expectations of a 5-star hotel experience.To begin with, I was shocked to find bloodworms in the bathtub while taking a shower. all facilities are good, but it is a old hotel so they said from next month , the property will be shut for more than a year , very nice location , good pool and nice breakfast over all good as Taj always

Pros :
1. The hospitality is very good. Each and every staff is so helpful.
2. Buffet breakfast is elaborate and tasty.It is a mix of Indian, South Indian and Continental.
3. Facilities like Steam room and Kids swimming pool are good.
Cons:
1. Though the swimming pool is good, the setup was lil old.
2. No separate play area for kids
