The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent they dont even have common sence how to talk ...i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. also the bathroom is also in worst quality the tap of the bath tub was broken not a single kit was placed in the bathroom. I will never go ...more

If I talk about my experience, staff behaviour was not good. Even when I ordered something and I was late to open the door then he arguing me that many orders pending. I will never go to that hotel again It was bad experience for me, no value for me Even I booked the room for 5000 but there is also light problem. Remote of light was not working properly, even the card to open the door was not working Anything else you wants from me Ok

Rooms were decent, but in one of our room we found bed bugs and in another room the drainage system in washroom was too poor, if you're bathing the water will flow from washrooms door to your room which was very annoying. Some charging ports where also not working. rooms were nice and decent.
