Worst front office manager 1st day they are not sure about my booking after showed the booking then they reliased for my booking and offering twin bed instead of I have booked king bed.I told please extend my one day more stay.They told I will show checkout hence booking again.I told 2nd day pls extend without breakfast and consider without breakfast rates. FO manger confirmed same .when I checkout today then charged same with breakfast options and talking very unprofessional. During check in ...more

It was a wonderful stay at The Grand arc hotel and convention centre at Shahjahanpur.
It was work related visit and the environment in hotel was very calm and peaceful for work. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. I needed a pendrive and they arranged It for me though the shops were quite faraway from hotel.
I felt safe there as a single woman traveller.

It is the best hotel in the city, everything is good but just that their banquet is located on the second floor and we got the room on the same floor, due to which it becomes very noisy and disturbing in the night if u are trying to sleep. sound of music and people talking in the alleyway is just too much. Do not take rooms on the 2nd floor.

every thing was good about the hotel. clean and fresh environment.. by mistake I broke a glass in the room and they charged me RS 100 for that.. I don't know whether it's by management order or someone else takes that money. apart from this stay was damn good

Very bad hotel, bad AC,
First room was not cooling so we shifted to midnight to another room, then that room AC also started to make very loud sound...very bad
