it was really good experience in Hotel The grand Dwarka. all staff is really good in service and very supportive. food in restaurant is good. neat and clean rooms. 👍

TV is not Working, after lots of reminders they are unable to fix the issue.
Amenities mentioned while booking is not available like no Cushions, no hair dryer like.

Hotel and stay not pleasant rooms are not clean and bed and Lenin are also not clean found 2 bugs in both rooms which i booked.
Also location of hotel premises are very dirty.
Too many flies in the hotel lobby.
