It was a pleasant experience staying in the hotel. Good behaviour of the staffs. Rooms were clean. All amenities were available. Recommended. But I also suggest everybody to avoid their restaurant section. That's too much costly.

hotel reception didn’t mentioned about the dormitory for driver is on chargeable basis. also washroom had few cockroaches. hotel lack cleanliness in general. having said that, food was good and there are multiple options in breakfast menu.
overall below average experience.

Apart from cleanliness and service quality everything was good.Please clean the swimming pool .No one will dare entering there.Dead mosquitos and insects in the pool .Please clean it or close the pool for ever.Also I called twice to room service housekeeping everywhere for food menu but they are not able to provide as the menu provided in the room does not have all the pages.Also they call big rooms as premium but for premium rooms wash rooms are too small.Also there is mosquitos in the room so ...more

My stay was very comfortable. Hotel room is well furnished. Food was excellent. Breakfast has lots of variety like 5star hotels. Price is reasonable.

Now we can stay a few more days in Malda. The hotel is very clean, the staff are really good and budget friendly.
