    Pathetic, horrible, worst experience ever. Even after advance payment and room confirmation they were clueless at the time of check in. Then they provided a room without AC and it was so suffocating. Then after 1 hour they asked me and my mother to share room with guests staying in the hotel. Also for the breakfast they dont provide any option. They just give one paratha to each of us

    I booked my room in ₹ for just 1 night ac is not available washroom is not clean food is not available it is such a bad experience of my life me and my brother sleep in the hall on the floor I strongly request plz do not ever stay in this hotel the name of the hotel is just attractive but the arrengments are pathetic

    No staff avialable at the hotel. i was welcomed and checked in by the security guy. It is just nicely build & designed property left over to rust. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE HOT WATER FACILITY IN BATHROOM. NOT A COMFORTABLE STAY FOR A TIRED BUSINESS DEALER AT THE END OF THE DAY...

    Staff is very cooperative. No food available in hotel. Good hotel in AMROHA as compared to others. But as compare to price and location it is too costly.

    Very very poor & Pathetic service of this hotel. There are no facility of hot water in bathroom. Food Quality also poor. This is to request you that to all of you never stay at this hotel.
