property is new and good but staff is unproffesinoal, property not on fateh Sagar near to fateh Sagar in a street luggage carried self even after payment of complimentary breakfast they denied and says shef is not available at time after complaint to manager no any response and no money return staff like dhabas on highway

The stay was excellent. The food was good I tried various cuisines from the pesto pasta to au gratin, North Indian to Thai curry. All good. The only sore point was that I was unable to use the rooftop swimming pool as it was not clean enough as the regular pool cleaner was on leave for some medical thing and his replacement was bad at cleaning the pool. Rooms were nice and comfortable with a great view of the Neemach Mata temple and ropeway from my window. From the restaurant view of FatehSagar lake is lovely!

Highely recomended hotel and ambiance and cleanlyness. very good location plus aminiteis and pool. And food was amazing tasty.Thank to all staff members also shetan singh and security gaurd and all hotel staff members all are behaving very kindly.Everyone please come here once when come at udaipur. My experience was amazing to stay in this hotel🥳
