hotel location is showing in middle of the city but hotel is located in out of city..we are tired and facing so many problems in searching the hotel..

- Seprate lift route is in underground parking, which is in very bad shape and dirty.- Although I informed to kept room ready, when we reach, room is not ready.- Reception staff is rude and answering unprofessionally.- Room is not properly cleaned, walls and paints are in pathetic condition.- Toilet is not cleaned, old rapper, old soap is there, also toilet seat and flush broken.- Water heater is not working in one room out of two room alloted to me.- They have provided me water bottle which is ...more
