    I'm very disappoint. when I was call on hotel number around 2 pm on date 19/04/2022 for confirm my booking but they didn't pick up my call . I'm reached at 3 pm . whenever I ask for my Booking they said no booking yet. after 20 mins they confirmed my booking. after i reached my room no 303 it's very dirt bathroom and someone smoke in bathroom and they didn't clean my room and bathroom also. when I complaint about it they send his staff with air freshener. very poor service and no support from hotel staff. Never come again this hotel.
