It was just ok The room was big to accommodate 4 persons with an extra mattress We didn't like the taste of the food much but tea was good yo start with Good to stay for a night

The receptionist was rude and kept on calling. He called wife and everyone in the background was laughing.because we enquired about the hotel. Charging point was not usable. Hotel was okay as well as the food.

need to improve some basic things in room like charging point.charging point not standard and unable to plug charger in it pillow cover not clean properly staff behaviour quite good and supportive also

Best property to stay in Guna, MP. Staff is very supportive & Food quality is good. I like the property so much. 10 out of 10 from my side.

it was a horrible experience at Grand Kasturi, i decided to stay and that day they took 40mins and 4 calls to bring 1 water bottle and also there was no towel in the room.1 star because the infrastructure is nice but can't be complete without service.
