I had OKish experience here. Details below -
Pros-
1. Great location.
2. Guy at reception is helpful.
Cons-
1. Hot water comes only from 3am to 11am. If you want to bathe later, you are have to shiver!!
2. They have parking space at ground floor with Last in First out design. So if you have parked your car first and you have to leave early, people would be called early in their sleep and asked to take out the car and then only your car can come out.

Rooms are not clean. Owner is friendly but what is the use. If you pay you except decent room. Overall I don’t recommend for families

The receptionist charged us 3000 extra for early check-in. He was not at all helpful and was very rude to us girls. The bed sheet had stains in them and receptionist refused to change them saying cleaning staff is not available. Even the fan was not working in a room so they turned on the AC which was also not working. The lift was not working all 3 days of our stay and we had to climb up 4 floors everyday and when we asked for a room at 1st floor cause two of us had recently recovered from frac ...more

The hotel room standard was very poor for the amount that was charged.. Also the staff was not at all helpful. There was no provision for food.

looking nice, hotel is neat and clean, Atmosphere is good, staff's behaviour is also good. Rooftop view is beautiful. According to rent hotel is good.

Everything was fine except the parking. Its like first in Last out kind of parking. Means if you park your vehicle you have to wait for others who has to unpark their vehicle which is parked behind you.
Bathroom was not that great, but its ok
Hot water is avaiable.
Receptionist is helpful.
Room boy is helpful.
