they are re-innovating, A/c is not cooling, no hot water/ gyser. bathrooms are pathetic. Over charged.I cannot cancel this as I paid the entire amount.pissed off

Their bathroom tap was leaking. We asked them to change the room or repair. Instead of they asked us to leave or stay in same room. Not a customer friendly hotel.

It's a good place for family and couples, cleanliness was maintained and there gujrati thali is a must try....value for money and staff was very helpful in organizing your dwarka trip hassle free!!
Family people can come with an ease and everything will be organised according to your needs and make your stay as comfortable as they can.

the hotel was pathetic even the lodge are far better , in fact it has only 3 rooms so itβs not even hotel.

Room is in very pathetic condition, dimak every where in room I really very very disappointed by book. Family very disappointed, only 3 room there as not using regularly towel n others not looks fresh washed, Very bad experience

Overall stay was pleasant, very spacious and no rush, proximity to temple, supportive staff, help extended for luggage keeping after check-out in morning, Thanks.
Guests like to have morning tea/coffee with moderate to heavy brekfast which may not be arranged by hotel due to their timing, can take this as my feedback to improve upon.
