Totally overhyped place, extremely small and stale room not more than 150 sq ft. No high tea set or toiletries which is a basic amenity in any small hotel for the price. The quality of food was bad too. Wont be staying here again

Basic facilities like tea bags etc were missing there were cleanliness issues when complained hotel staff responded that you should book a higher category room to have better service. You should put that caveat for people who book your rooms. Pathetic hotel and unprofessional staff. Please avoid as there are better options to stay in Kangra.

Great Stay. Location of this hotel is near to Kangra Bus Stand. Front desk & Service Staff is very Co-operative and disciplined. Food quality is also very good.

1. There should be hairdryer & Handshower in the washroom.
2. Rooms' Doors need to be repainted.
3. There should be a provision to switch ON night bulb only for sleeping rather to illuminate all the light.
4. Lift floor need to be replaced & lift doors need to be repainted.
5. The young boy at reception counter who attends the customer during night shift needs to speak truth with the customer

Big BULDING (area) wise, but average hotel & and rooms, yes hidden charges. Don't Recommend

We stayed in hotel..perfect location, big room sizes, big green ground , lots of area for parking,right at kangra bus stand and market.. walking distance to kangra Devi temple about 1 km..great inhouse restaurant..the lift didn't work one day apart from this , it ticks all boxes..as a suggestion, please include kettle n tea packets in executive room..
