I have rated 3 star only for the 1 Front office staffs polite behaviour 2 big size rooms 3 extremly clean bathroom 4 suberb room service Now the worst part Horrible horrible horrible breakfast Pathetically quality of food for the dinner Felt like eating on road side Finally pl book the room but only for stay without breakfast & food

Staff is not Supportive. Hotel is clean. Recommended for solo travelers. With family the location is not so great.

it's was ok ok, staff were stubborn not friendly....twice went to there restaurant in noon but both the time kitchen used to gets closed before time. Food is costly, even water bottle cost you 50+ I order egg curry and curry was sweet have you ever eate sweet egg curry.

Staff support is to less and lazy.giving window a/c in today's time & like this brand is shocked me.even after complaining things no one is also note the things. Behaviour is different if you book a hotel online.Hope in futures service get refurnished

Fantastic,Excellent(when I say excellent means you are treated as a king) Reception staff very helpful,staff is very prompt if you order anything, Food is very hygienic and tasty,on your booking you get a call asking for your liking only need to work on is food is bit expensive..
