Let me start with a positive note as Hotel is in a nice Location. I agreed room was booked in non ac category. but in such a summer they refuse to give chadar (bed sheet) .we had to manage with blanket.They even refuse to give water which I purchase from outside. this is just starting the staff is lesser owner is the master of misbehaviour. this room is a hell as thousands of mosquitos are here. and we are helpless. and bound to write review in such a late night. as summer and mosquito ...more

there were issue of water in toilet's, after asking 2-3 time drinking water and towel were privide

Hotel staff behaviour was not good
Dirty room, mosquito and insect in room.
washroom was very small

hotel neighbourhood is okay, staff needs to be more polite...water bottle not provided in the room, most of the staff is more worried about keys and towels than providing hospitality to the guests

The bed sheet was dirty and torn. The TV wasn't working, and there was no dish connection. The paint on the walls was peeling off. Overall, it was not a worthy experience and a very bad one.
