Room was smelly, no flavour in food, it was like a patients meal and we tried both non-veg and veg. Room service was bad, you have to keep calling them for a bottle of water. And this is not a resort but a 2 star hotel. waste of money.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel very welcomed. The food served was delicious, fresh, and had a variety of options to choose from, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.
What truly made my experience special was the breathtaking view of the mountains and hills from the hotel. Waking up to such a peaceful and scenic view was truly refreshing and unforgettable.

it's a very good place to stay with family the kids enjoyed a lot with the play area and pool facility, the food was good and the location was also excellent,away from traffic and near the river.

It was a memorable 2 nights stay in The Grand Shiva Resort & Spa... Got a good deal on GoIbibo... It's a very good property to stay with family... Kids play area, Swimming pool, Lawn, plenty of parking space... Hotel location in Shivpuri... Everything is good about it... Only the food is little expensive and kids related stuff like balls, racquet, swimming tube are not available for kids.

D views from the rooms are absolutely crazy , very very hospitable staffs who are warm and will spoil you silly, don't miss the morning trail walks and get mesmerized with the views 😁
