the service was horrible. we asked them for an extra bed which we already paid but they denied and asked us for extra money . after so many arguments they blowed our mind. the behaviour of their receptionist was ridiculous. they didn't respond 3-4 times.

Good location, nice ambiance, enjoyable food with efficient service., however the rooms have no view I. e. Too close to neighbouring building. No natural light.

the room was not cleaned. the refrigerator was leaking. the bathroom has a bad smell. no toothpaste and brush was in the bathroom. it was horrible experience. the hotel is not value for money.

Hotel is in very bad conditionBathroom curtains is not there Photos doesn't match. It's completely difference. It's very very old. Hotel. Don't choice this.
