The food is pretty good. Manager and staff is very polite and helpful. Manager Mr. Ratan also helped us in extending our booking as my mother was not keeping well. Rooms are clean and room service is also satisfactory. It's completely value for money. First and foremost food is very good. Also rooms are clean and room service is satisfactory.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.Staff is very cooperative and nice.Food quality is awesome. Every thing is good and best part is it's staff. especially Manager Ratan Singh and Pune . Both of them are rockstars man. they will arrange everything for you from permit to bike.if you are coming to Leh then book this hotel without thinking. Its not recommended as the Hotel staff is in learning process. The Rooms were not cleaned & Bathrooms leakage of water were there. I had booked.. 2+1 rooms & they had given them in old Hotel building with dirty flooring & etc. The service is very slow & we have to keep reminding them even for a coffee while seating in restaurant itself. Recommend only if you have ample of time & patience. Overall Pathetic experience.

The hotel is under construction, there is no lift facility working, no intercom phone available. No room heaters available in place like Leh where minimum temperature goes zero degrees at night, no place to store your clothes, as there are no rods or hangers in wardrobe. No available mineral water bottles in room. No electric cattle etc. No invertor or generator back up.
