worst experience. In hospitality business they dont have any care about customer and their services too.Services and amenities was very very poor. My family was not happy at all.

good room, nice and cooperative staff, food is also good, Room AC was not working properly , LCD cable tv not working, even after make repeated complaint the same was not attended by the hotel staff.

Room size is good. But not maintained. Cleanliness is not good. Located far from the city. TV not working. Bathroom accessories are rusted.

worst hotel In junagadh. Rooms are very dirty , towels are not clean , bedsheets are not clean and the toilet flush is not working and the washroom taps are leaking and the customer service is very bad. No hot water is available and the receptionist are ignorant , no one is there to fix the issues we had. Service Is 0/5. the room is so dirty. we planned to stay for two days but we had to change the hotel as it was not suitable for staying.

The worst place i ever visited rooms were dirty , the tap and shower were broken no towels were provided no soap or shampoo were provided. The receptionist (male) misbehaved with us . Not a single bottle of water was provided. the toilet flush was continuously going on fix it. And yeah there was some stuff of previous visitor which proves the room was uncleanedWill not suggest to couples as the receptionist miss behaved with us .
