Stay was great. Food was tasty and amenities were amazing. Service could be improved though. Few of the receptionists are rude and had to redirect the call several times to get one thing resolved.

nice rooms with wonderful hospitality which you don't find nowadays in these commercial star hotel chain... each staff was delivering honest service, great attitude and hospitality... kudos to the resort management
